We give our clients only the best materials and workmanship for each project. We practice the 2/5/10 rule in warranting our services:

• 2-year warranty on materials and labour
• 5-year building envelope warranty
• 10-year structural defects warranty

First 12 months: coverage for any defect in labour and materials

First 15 months: coverage for defects in labour and materials in the common areas of a multi-unit building

First 24 months: coverage for defects in labour and materials supplied for the electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning systems, including exterior cladding, windows, doors and caulking that may lead to material damage to a new structure.

Our job does not stop when we turn over the finished unit to you. We ensure the longevity of our work by scheduling maintenance checks and offering replacements and repairs within a reasonable period of time.

*The warranty would not include any malfunctions or defects that result from misuse and abuse, improper maintenance by the owner, accidents, natural disasters and any other type of construction intervention not performed by Kerr Construction.
